The 3D YOGA Health Helmet provides traction to the vertebrae, or in other words, stretching, which results in deep relaxation. This device is easy to use and can be used independently, without the help of others.

Stretching the spine reduces pressure on the intervertebral areas and discs. As a result, blood vessel patency is restored, which is necessary for supplying the body's cells with oxygen, chronic muscle spasms are reduced, and ligaments are strengthened. In summary, it can be said that the basis for the effectiveness of practicing with the Glisson loop device lies in the natural restoration of blood circulation throughout the entire axis of the spinal column.

The Glisson loop design is widely used in therapeutic exercise programs and has found application in the prevention of cervical pathologies: osteochondrosis; protrusion and subluxation of the vertebrae; compression (squeezing) of the discs; hernias; rigidity (increased tone, tightness) of the muscles. A pleasant addition to the above is the effect of improved vision, memory, and the ability to concentrate for longer and more deeply.

The Glisson loop is used to prevent spinal disorders and aid recovery from injuries. Traction therapy using the Glisson loop helps to relieve pain and numbness in the limbs and is recommended for the following conditions:

• osteochondrosis of the cervical (less commonly thoracic) spine (this is familiar to the vast majority of people who lead a predominantly sedentary, inactive lifestyle);
• scoliosis of varying severity: congenital or acquired;
• protrusions of any etiology, not accompanied by pinching of vessels and/or nerves, non-progressive, without additional complications;
• intervertebral hernias;
• chronic pain (aching or pulling, but not sharp, acute) and/or deformation of the neck resulting from spinal injuries;
• the need for rehabilitation after surgical operations of varying degrees of complexity;
• constant spasms or a feeling of muscle stiffness, numbness in the hands and shoulders, which often result in pain, problems with neck mobility;
• subluxation of the cervical vertebrae, protrusion of the spinal discs in this area.

This practice is especially useful for anyone whose work involves prolonged computer use, as prolonged static posture at the monitor provokes the development of cervical osteochondrosis.

Before starting the practice, we recommend having an X-ray of the cervical spine and consulting with your doctor.

During the first 8-10 sessions, due to the unusual stretching and relaxation of the neck muscles, pain may occur, which will subside within a few hours (in some cases, the recovery process may take about 1 day). After completing the first set of 8-10 sessions, classes using the Glisson loop (Health Helmet) can be described as fast, effective, and enjoyable.

During and after practice, you may experience slight dizziness. This is due to the fact that, as a result of vasodilation, large amounts of oxygen are supplied to the brain along with blood.

If the practice significantly increases your blood pressure, you should consult a doctor.

If you experience discomfort in your jaw during practice with the Glisson loop, using a mouthguard (a plastic device to protect your teeth) will help minimize it. Both one-sided and two-sided models are suitable. Place the mouthguard in a container of hot water and hold it there for about half a minute. Take the mouthguard, place it comfortably in your mouth, and bite down on it. Hold it for a few minutes (the duration depends on the model and material). Place the mouthguard in cold water to harden it.

Before using the Health Helmet for the first time, we recommend performing preparatory exercises:

• warm up the base of the neck and upper thoracic spine by performing self-massage with circular and longitudinal strokes for 2–3 minutes
• 4-6 times tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear closer to your right and left shoulder alternately (hold the position for 2-3 seconds at the lowest point)
• pull your chin down and to the side 4-6 times, trying to reach your shoulder (hold the position for 2-3 seconds at the extreme point).
• rotate your chin 4-6 times, describing a semicircle from your left shoulder to your right, then in the opposite direction.
• 4-6 times turn your head to the right and left, as if trying to look behind your back

We also recommend preparing for the session if the relaxation practice in the traction loop is accompanied by increased intensity of sensations.

For the following diagnoses, we recommend consulting a specialist before using the Glisson loop:

• spondylosis (spike-like “growths” on the vertebrae);
• spondylolisthesis (their displacement, unstable position relative to each other);
• severe acquired narrowing of the spinal canal (or its natural narrowness);
• osteoporosis (increased fragility of bone tissue caused by a deficiency of calcium compounds);
• degeneration of cartilage and/or intervertebral discs;
• chronic hypertension, especially in severe forms;
• problems with the vestibular system, any diseases causing coordination difficulties;
• pregnancy;
• age 70+;
• tumors of any etiology, including benign ones;
• ligament and tendon tears;
• acute inflammation of bone, cartilage, and muscle tissue;
• spinal fractures described in the medical history;
• herniated disc with sequestration;
• congenital spinal defects;
• herniated disc with rupture of the fibrous ring and protrusion of the pulpous nucleus into the spinal canal.

1. The warranty is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

2. The warranty covers product defects caused by manufacturing defects. In such cases, the product will be replaced free of charge.

3. The service life of the product under normal operating conditions is at least 5 (five) years.

4. The warranty does not cover defects caused by the following reasons:

4.1 Use of the product in violation of the operating instructions or through negligence.

4.2 Mechanical damage to the product as a result of intentional use of excessive force.

4.3. Natural wear and tear of parts with a limited service life (e.g., contact tape).

4.4. Acts of God.
